Relocation.ge is an open legal information platform focused on Georgian legislation. We support open access to legal information while protecting the intellectual structure, methodology and analytical processing developed within the platform.

1. Open access to legal information

The official laws of Georgia are public normative acts. Relocation.ge provides structured translations, legal classification and taxonomy, analytical structuring, terminology glossaries and legislative methodology documents. Legal information is available for public access without charge.

2. Permitted use

Personal and non-commercial use, quoting limited excerpts, linking to pages of the website, and academic and research use are all permitted. When quoting, an active hyperlink to Relocation.ge must be provided.

3. Protection of intellectual structure

The following elements constitute protected intellectual processing: the database structure, legal taxonomy and categorisation, classification by target group, the tagging system, translation methodology, and formatting and analytical explanations.

The following are prohibited without written consent: full-page copying, republishing structured translations, creating mirror websites, building derivative databases based on our structure, and repackaging the structured content into competing platforms.

4. Automated access restrictions

Without prior written permission, the following are prohibited: web scraping, bulk data extraction, automated content harvesting, use of materials for training commercial AI models, and systematic downloading of structured datasets. Relocation.ge reserves the right to implement technical access limitations.

5. Commercial use

Commercial use is permitted only through a formal licensing agreement, official API access, or structured data export under contract.

6. Open knowledge principle

Relocation.ge operates under an open knowledge philosophy. Open knowledge means transparent sourcing, verifiable references and public access to legal information.

Open knowledge does not mean free commercial replication, reuse of structured datasets without permission, extraction of taxonomy and classification systems, or use of the platform’s intellectual framework to build competing services.

7. Integrity and attribution

It is prohibited to modify content while preserving attribution, to publish altered versions without disclosure, or to present structured material as original work. Relocation.ge is not responsible for third-party distortions of its content.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Georgia.
