AI Compliance Disclosure

This disclosure explains how artificial intelligence systems are used within Relocation.ge and how legal reliability is preserved. Relocation.ge uses AI tools to assist in structuring, organising and presenting regulatory information. AI systems do not replace official legal sources.

1. Purpose of AI usage

Artificial intelligence is used to structure legislative texts into readable formats, classify legal provisions by topic and impact, assist in translation consistency, generate summaries based strictly on source law, enable semantic search and support multilingual access. AI is not used to create independent legal interpretations.

2. Human oversight

All legal content undergoes manual source verification, cross-checking against the official Georgian text and editorial review before publication. AI-generated drafts are reviewed and corrected where necessary. Human validation remains mandatory.

3. Source restriction policy

AI systems operate only on official legal texts, structured internal regulatory databases and verified translations. No unverified online commentary is used for model training or inference.

4. Model transparency

Relocation.ge may use large language models for text structuring, language normalisation, terminology alignment and document tagging. These systems do not access private user data, do not store personal migration cases and do not provide automated legal decisions. AI output is informational, not determinative.

5. Data protection

Relocation.ge does not use AI to profile users, automate risk scoring of individuals, predict legal outcomes or replace government procedures. User-submitted data, if collected through service agreements, is processed separately under applicable data protection standards.

6. AI limitations

AI systems may misinterpret complex legal clauses, fail to reflect the most recent amendment if an update lag occurs, or produce overly generalised summaries. For this reason, the official legal text always prevails, direct source links are provided, and updates are monitored continuously.

7. Compliance with regulatory standards

Relocation.ge’s AI usage is aligned with transparency principles, traceability of legal sources, human-in-the-loop oversight and non-automated decision-making. The platform does not operate as a high-risk automated legal decision system.

8. AI training scope

Future AI systems developed within Quanta Lab are intended to be trained on structured Georgian legislative datasets, publicly available regulatory texts and official English translations where available. No private or confidential legal materials are used.

9. No legal advice

AI-generated summaries do not constitute legal advice, do not replace consultation with licensed professionals and do not create attorney-client relationships. Users remain responsible for verifying their individual eligibility.

10. Long-term objective

AI is used as an infrastructure tool to improve the accessibility of Georgian law, reduce misinformation, enable structured compliance understanding and support multilingual clarity. Relocation.ge aims to combine human legal oversight with structured AI assistance, not to replace legal institutions.
